Raft Slow - Party Hard


Beat the city life with a weekend rafting trip. Take the opportunity to get out of the city and burn some energy before cooling off and relaxing in the midst of nature.

 

Highlights

Rafting Down the Kundalika River
Burn those calories and get your adrenaline flowing with the rapids down the Kundalika. And when you’ve had enough jump into calmer waters and float downstream while the more enthusiastic can practice their funky jumps into the water from the raft.

BBQ and Pool Party
You can chill, catch up on some sleep or continue with the fun and spend the afternoon in the pool. All this while we cook up a storm for you! Pork ribs, grilled chicken and paneer (we don't let the veggies starve) are some of the things on the menu. 
End your evening with dinner and maybe taking a dip again in the pool.

Surrounded by rice paddies and forests, located beside the Phansad wildlife sanctuary, Aranya has the perfect atmosphere for a weekend away. You can chill by the pool or read a book on the large exclusive balconies while listening to the birds chirp beside you.

What to Wear

  • Loose comfortable clothing which can get wet while rafting
  • Footwear that will not fall off – floaters / sneakers
  • More clothes to change into once you get to the hotel

What to Carry

  • Dry bag (waterproof) for valuables while rafting
  • Extra change of clothes post rafting (no shower at rafting spot)
  • Swimwear for the pool – sarees, pyjamas, salwar kameez, shorts and t-shirts etc. Do NOT count
  • Rain protection – umbrellas, rain coats etc.
  • Something warm – might get chilly
  • Mosquito / insect repellent / prescription drugs
  • Anything additional you want to eat and drink
